I wasn’t sure how I would feel about reading Asha’s story. I felt sorry for her, losing her kit, but that didn’t change the fact that she was hard to get to know. I can understand why the tribe turned from her. After being snapped at enough times, anyone would just stay away. Hemalo did, and I don’t blame him either.

This story is mostly about miscommunication. I’m not a big fan of miscommunication plots, but in this case it worked. By the end I warmed up to Asha. Especially after the encounter with the Metlaks.

Can’t wait for Farli’s story. I am hoping for a certain Barbarian whose name has one syllable to be her mate.
